How to work a release
- Note release number and post date
- Identify originating agency on each file
- Separate primary reports from clippings and routing memos
- For video, read AARO assessment language when available
- Write “what the file says” before “what it means for ET”
- Keep Black Vault FOIA as a parallel search when program names appear
